Then it’s on to Singleton, a coal-mining town which is the largest town in the Upper Hunter. Here we’ll visit the Australian Army Infantry Museum which has a collection ranging from the Australia’s pre federation state colonial armies and their first deployments overseas in the nineteenth century through to today’s twenty first century diggers.
