About Us

Since 1952, our family business—Simes Bros Coaches—has been providing transport services to our Northern Rivers region, including Lismore, Tweed Heads, Byron Bay, Ballina, Grafton and Coffs Harbour. From delivering local workers to and from work in the ‘50’s; to facilitating the beginning of free bus travel for children in the 70’s; to catering for the sweeping demand for charters and coaches in the ‘90s onwards; the Simes family name is steeped in Lismore history. Today we provide everything from coach tours and charter services to school excursions and corporate event itineraries—and we’re proud to say we employ over 20 local families!
